Therapy for Men

I also offer therapy services addressing the unique challenges that men experience in today’s society. Men often strive to meet many expectations, including their own definitions of masculinity. These expectations tend to be inherited from family, culture, and significant personal experiences. Struggles with these expectations might lead to relationship difficulties, inadequacy, shame, anger, and uncertainty. I support the men that I work with by helping them find a healthy balance in their lives that helps them to experience acceptance, empowerment, and alignment with personal values and goals.

 

Common challenges that can be addressed are anger management, addictions, identity formation within the culture of masculinity, social isolation, cultivating healthy relationships, workplace stress, depression, and anxiety.
